Those that do trigger their suspicion need to be taken off
the road. Drunk driving is arguably the main cause behind
the carnage on our roads. Speed traps are all about revenue.

Intoxicated driving is an actually public safety issue. But,
it is much more of a hassle for the cops. Drunks pee all
over themselves and puke in the back seat of cops cars.
Lifting a drunk is like lifting a bag of water. Ruins
your back. Much easier to steel your day's wages in
a speed trap.
