The current Tridents will do fine for that and likely the yanks can stop
them being used if it doesn’t like what they are being used for anyway.

Russia can do more damage, much cheaper, by hacking into the Government's
computer system and just deleting the benefits/pension/tax credit data
base and just waiting for the rioting in the streets.

There wouldn’t be rioting in the streets if that happened.
