dunno, f'rinstance the EU Parliament came into existence or what?


I mean that as of 2015 there were a total from the year dot.

If you include absolutely everything like ETSI and CENELEC standards set
and court decisions and directives you can just about get to 130,000 EU
"regulations" where regulations is not the correct use of the word.
So even with all that its nowhere near 10,000 a year.
