One thing I learned in the 'real world of organisations' - overspend
whatever budget you have. Obviously have a decent reason for doing it.

At one of the companies I worked for there were around 35 employees
and I was about the only person who wasn't a manager, even though some
were in any higher position than I and 'managed' no one (unlike me).
