They are hard to find. There was an electronic recycling deal one
weekend and I was all ready to take a TV and an old monitor down but it
was $12 apiece. Cell phones, DVD players and so forth were free but they
nailed you for anything with a CRT.

I don't know if they still do, but Best Buy was taking them. You had to
pay, $5 iirc, but they gave you a $5 coupon.
