Default Cap testing question

Bad caps are certainly one possibility,
but there are other things to check for
as well.

There could be a cold solder joint that
makes contact when a lead expands with
heat.

A connector may have a bit of corrosion
that slips away when the metal contacts
slide past each other under heating.
Try disconnecting and reseating all
connectors.

Intermittent issues like these can be
a pain to diagnose...
