Police: Man fatally injured Fort Worth woman with caulk gun

Police recovered a caulk gun with what appeared to be blood on it after
Jim Harvey Opry admitted to homicide investigators that he threw a tool
at Britney Eylar, striking her in the head. Opry has a history of
violence against women.

Fort Worth police responding to an injured person report on New Year's
Day found Britney Eylar, 22, unconscious with head injuries in a lot off
Haltom Road.
