Surely by accepting and agreeing that fundamental aspects of our life
are dependant on supply and demand that would make me a right-winger in
most eyes?

There are many who have accumulated their wealth under socialism,
providing them with a good income and cheap housing.

Unfortunately they are the same who whinge at those having those same
aspirations today.
