What people are buying is seat space. If they need more space than one
seat provides it's not unreasonable that they should pay for the extra.
Moreover, it IS unreasonable to expect that adjacent passengers give
up some of their space because their neighbor requires more.

Yeah. Measure maximum breadth, and if it's greater than nn(n) inches
the person should have to buy one of the special seats for people with
breadth greater than nn(s) inches. It's not a question of morality or
fault, just space.
