iirc, Cubans were as sparse on the ground as WMDs in Iraq. Then there
was the minor problem that Grenada had been a Crown colony until 1974
when it became a Commonwealth realm, headed by the monarch Elizabeth II,
Queen of the United Kingdom etc, etc.
