Yes with the following additional traits:

IQ 50
Typically smokers
Malnourished appearance
Never used a toothbrush
They go to a Waffle House to celebrate a special occasion then complain about the food/service to get the bill reduced

And when they get enough money together to go on a fancy cruise, they
talk with their mouths full, chew with their mouths open, shovel their
food into their mouths with their chin at plate level, and walk around
with their jaws gaping. 5 kids, all within 6 years in age.

Saw a family on our last cruise that definitely fit the description -
and on a ship with 4300 passengers, more or less, they ended up
sitting within site of us at least 5 times - both at the buffet and in
the fancy italian restaurant.
