I'm pretty sure that in casualty they just use warm water and soap (or
detergent) to remove it from skin. The usual lens material is a
thermosetting resin known as CR-39 and with any luck won't be
"dissolved" by liquid cyanoacrylate, but I would be inclined to give it
plenty of time and not too much mechanical force.
