We should just outlaw idiots, then put a bounty on them like any
other vermin.

Why didn't they outlaw indians from carrying more than six arrows,
and institute a total ban the ownership or use of a tomahawk or a lance?

There was an A.P. news article in the newspaper yesterday about
someone in Sweden attacking a school with a sword and killing and
wounding some teachers and students.

And, can you imagine? Those nasty Swedish cops shot the poor man!
Inhuman cruelty! Why, if such a thing happened in America the police
would be put on trial for firing their gun inside the city limits, or
some such thing.
