How pleased do you expect the court to be when you could have produced
your receipt for proof before it got that far?

What I'm not going to do is be put to any inconvenience for something
which is in no way my fault.


One would hope they would ask to see the evidence before they went down the
court route. I think you might be blamed for not making any effort to show
it. Would you allow it to get to court?
