They have to be legal.

But they don't have to be 'reasonable', either in your eyes or those of the court.

But he's blown both feet off completely now that he has admitted that there is no
contract if there is no consideration, and there isn't in your case.


The consideration is that you can park there provided you comply with the terms and
conditions.
