OK then. The conditions say you will be beheaded if you
outstay the prescribed times. Would that be a legal contract?


At the end the day it comes down to whether
the conditions are reasonable or not.


And legal too.

But he's blown both feet off completely now that
he has admitted that there is no contract if there
is no consideration, and there isn't in your case.
