It is a "NOVOPRESS", a modular pressing and cutting system, I think of
German origin. It went for $120.

I got lot 58, which is a copper bar cutter novopress. "druck" means
pressure. Lot 58 went for $100 and included several Dayton vises and a
Reelcraft compressed air hose reel.
