Is anyone here familiar with the General Electric Model # JES1384SF GE
Microwave/Toaster oven?

Here are the symptoms:

* Everything digital, including the timer, and all buttons work fine.
* Unit powers up. However, the microwave oven does not seem to function.
* There is no noise and the light doesn't come on.
