"Local hardware store" is not same as HF. I think that it's generally
safe to assume that the l-h-s stuff is not trash.

I suggest that if grinding wheels sell for $10.00 your local hardware
shop owner can figure out the difference between $4.00 and $8.00
wholesale costs.
