Seems like several people have pointed out that other factors have
reduced the accident and fatality rates - possibly resolving part of it
- and that others have pointed out that the accident data telling
whether-or-not a cell phone was in use is highly suspect - possibly
resolving another part of it.
Did I miss something in the other posts, or have these two things been
pointed out?
Sure, lots of things have been suggested and proposed. Where's the
data?
