As I was typing the last comments on my project glue up, I heard a
crash in the shop.
I knew what happened but did not want to look.
The ton of clamps and cabinet weight got the best of one of my sawhorses.

When the cabinet end of the work surface landed the 2, 2x4 beams broke
in the same spot on each.

I'll let it sit for another hour or so and remove the clamps. ;~)
I have had a lot more weight on these saw horse over the years but
they have reached the limit to their usefulness.
Leon, you are manly man after all. You just killed a saw horse!
It seems that saw horse die on their own anyway. With or without our help.
I estimate that I had about 250 lbs on the one saw horse and the other
was probably carrying 50lbs. Not too long ago I had 12 sheets of 3/4"
plywood on top of those two horses.
I just bought a couple of DeWalt replacements, their rating is 2500 per
pair IIRC. Steel legs.
