This does not appear to be metal working related, but is of
interest. Some observations:

1. Unless the new Glass-Steagall is backed by criminal
sanctions, if possible RICO allowing seizure of the assets
gained by the criminal activity and treble civil damages, it
is of limited use.

2. There must be the will to enforce the law.

3. No mention was made of the other institutions with large
pools of money such as the insurance companies, mutual and
pension funds.
