Looks like scrap mercury is going for about $2500 a ton

I have a pound or so of it, I use it to clean lead from firearm
bores if I get one thats badly leaded up.

I could use another couple pounds if you want to sell some. Shipping
by Usps is legal in 1 lb lots.
