Iran has no serious infrastructure to support a large offensive war against any other country. Neither does Israel. Both of these nations depend largely on imports of weaponry formerly of French, American or Russian origin.

Neither of them could sustain a war against the other and Iran is still decades away from maintaining or successfully launching a nuclear weapon.
