I need to source a screw to hold a door handle (old looking brass

The one on the other side of the door is dome headed and a short
parallel thread.
Google so far is showing me grub/set screws with a flat head (probably
Allen Key) in metric and Whitworth.
Any tips on what the correct search term is, and if older fittings are
likely to be Whitworth?
At one time you could find shops with trays of the stuff but now I
thing you just buy a new set of handles and shaft from B&Q :-(

Wrong NG, so cross-posted. I've never checked these threads, I always
seem to have something suitable in my junk box.
A grub screw normally has no head. But a suitable sized one *might* do
the job adequately.
Whoops!
Thanks - adjacent NGs in my PAN setup.
