John, the balance control for the 331A is a dual pot, 100 ohms/3000 ohms +/-
10%, 2 watts. HP part number 2100-1736. The OEM part was manufactured by
Centralab. Sorry, I don't have the HP - NSN conversion. Perhaps someone
else could help with that info.
