Loads of such outlets available from the likes of CPC. But never in the
combination you actually want, and never matches other sockets etc in the
room.

A modular approach might be a better way - but such things tend to limit
the number of outlets you can fit to a plate due to the size of the
housings.

Which is why I usually end up making my own.
