Just carry on ignoring the facts that intimidation has happened in the
past and probably happens in a different way now. It just devalues
everything you say.

And you just carry on ignoring the simple fact that secret ballots made
not a scrap of difference to the outcome of votes on industrial action.

Which proved 'intimidation' wasn't a factor in the outcome.
