Good Afternoon Steve
Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear about your Pressure
Washer but unfortunately, we no longer manufacture the pressure washers
they are all now obsolete so all we can advise is that to check that you
have primed the unit before switching it on by running water through
with the trigger open before the unit is switched on and check all the
connectors are screwed on correctly (including the clear inlet
filter/connector) and if you are using an extension lead unwind all the
cable from the drum or try plugging it in without using the extension
lead and also try each of your lances in case one is faulty
If there is no change then you may have either a faulty trigger or a
fault within the main motor.
Thank You
Kind Regards
Karen
Well, that's Hozelock for you. This is why I buy Gardena hose parts
Agreed. I won't buy Hozelock items. It does surprise me that they seem
so popular, bearing in mind how useless they are. I have hose parts
with the important bits made from brass; don't know who makes them,
but they're made in Israel.
I was 1/2 way through blasting the moss off the garage roof when the old
pressure washer started to smoke.
I just nipped out to B&Q and more or less bought the first one I saw.
