Different countries have very different regs about what drugs are
controlled.

In India, for example, you can buy antibiotics without prescription.
Probably one reason why so many bugs become resistant to them.

And I'm sure the same will apply to things like valium in some countries,
which are really not much more dangerous to others than alcohol. And
they're cheap to make.
