I have a paper data sheet on this chip from Texas Instruments.
If you can't find it on line I could scan it in and mail it to you.
In a nut shell;
400 ma load, 6 volt max chip voltage, input pulse width 1.1 to 2.2 mS,
frequency 16 ms.
14 pin dual in-line pack.
