120 months of winter works out to ~24 years, 120/5 months = 24 years.
That isn't a very good value proposition.
There is no way the payback will be 24 years. I figure ten at the very most.
In the cold months the difference will be more than $30 and in Wisconsin
there are more than five cold months a year.
Heck the furnace can be in use as much as 8 or 9 months a year.
