I didn't know they'd also redone PM. I also had
that one. Powerquest was sleazy about that. They
carefully divided the functionality between two
different, overpriced programs, so that neither
was quite fully functional by itself. (They even
claimed the software was licensed to only one hard
disk. $50 for a hard disk and $70 for the utility to
partition it!)

http://www.easeus.com/partition-manager/ is a good replacement for
Partition Magic. The free version is sufficient.
