I have the Win 10 preview installed, and UI have no MS account. You
need it if you want to buy apps, but so far I haven't found it to be
required for anything else yet.


When you first install Windows (8, 8.1, 10 TP), they make it look like
you have to have a MS account. Many people will believe that.
