Default dimensioned lumber

Thank gawd for 92-5/8", pre-cut "studs"...

Saves on labor, and material, in both double top plate framing, and
putting up drywall.

Caveat Emptor always applies to buying dimensioned lumber, IOW, check
your dimensions, particularly of the first one on your cart, then make
sure the others line up.

Easy.
