Default What if 3D printing was 100x faster?

What material do you want to print ?
How fast ?

Weak ?? depends on the design. Mine stand up to a hammer.

ABS, Nylon other soft plastics, Sugar, metal and others.
even bio-degradable materials for short term.

GM sets their printers to work during the shifts the engineers don't.
When they come back in 16 hours or their shift most of the stuff is ready.
They print something like 64 hearing aids at a time. All custom, to an
ear.

I think you are behind in the times. Reading what you will.

"3D printing has struggled to deliver on its promise to transform manufacturing. Prints take forever, parts are mechanically weak, and material choices are far too limited. That's because current 3D printing technology is really just 2D printing, over and over again."
