I came across this Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF3, which you can get the body
new at a reasonable price:

That doesn't get you any lenses, but it uses the 4/3 lens system. So
you can get inexpensive adapters that may fit some nice manual lens
already in your collection:

I've got some really good old Tamron Lenses that would be nice to use
again if you know what I mean. Figured that would give me a start and
maybe eventually I'd pony up for the auto lens. Sorely tempted on this
but probably won't do it...
