Central Pennsylvania looked like a Tundra after a few days, during
that "perfect storm". People sleeping at work, working through the
night keeping sidewalks cleared (a prison, feeding the critters).

Snow blowers were in constant use by inmates (supervised) and a little
"thawing" in the shop for a spark plug change, helped.

Snow, freeze and do it all over gain and again for a couple of days. A
hard packed "Tundra".
