That's the upscale solution. If I wanted to get fancy I'd just wrap it in
wood grain contact paper.

I'd just by a board and cut it to the right dimensions and paint it
black on all sides. If it ever sags, and it's too short too sag, flip
it over.

Do they sell boards 14.5" deep or more?
