Granddaughter has a cheap no name Android
tablet - and has forgotten the 4 digit password.

It only appears to have a power button and a volume control.

You get 5 attempts at entering a password,
then you have to wait 30 seconds to try again.

Google has not been my friend.

Any suggestions?

You can do a hard/factory reset, but loses everything on the phone.

If its an older android, there are some ways of bypassing
the lock. Does she know what version she was running ?
