Nope.

You get 208 or 240 if you use L1 and any other single hot
line...depending on your input power. (and generally if you use any
two of them in most cases)

If you initionally only have 208..you are going to need a Buck Boost
transformer to get it up to 240.

But since he stated he has 240 already........
