Default Pre 1900's F.E. Reed metal lathe

Well, if it's FE Reed and Co, I think that makes it a bit later (1880's
era) than my little guy, which is FE Reed, Makers (I also have a larger
1880's "& Co." lathe) I don't have much in the hard and fast info, but I
think being badged "Makers" put it 1860s and earlier. Not exactly
congruent with this...but it does not mention "Makers"
