"Loos Gauge" is what is typically sold for sailboat rigging...but Im
sure there are other brands, models, types that will work as well.

Something that will go up to about 200 lbs or so would be nice.

Rigging is typically 1/8" - 1/4" with most being 3/16"

Swap/trade/buy etc etc

An aircraft tension gauge should work fine. I have one somewhere that I
used on larger aircraft when servicing autopilots.
