Mine is under 150W

No heating, cooking, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle etc. Just
ordinary stuff like various wall warts, a PC or two, perhaps a light or
two on, fridges/freezers running etc.

Biggest variable is the fridge/freezer, mine tends to kick in on a 2:1
duty cycle.
