allegiance, to south of the border.

As an enclave they would only get the oil within 12 miles of their
coast and all the major fields are outwith that.


Like Britain and Ireland only get 12 miles?


Britain and Ireland get an exclusive economic zone of up to 200
nautical miles as they are not enclaves.


So why would the islands be enclaves, if they have the 200 mile limit
they aren't.
