No. The EU wasted my time.

My requirements were a Miele upright. Not even too fussed which model.

My Sebo meets the new limits and it works well. I doubt if a Meile would
be better.

Its a HEPA filter, I don't have figures for what particle size it goes
down to.

Oh - HEPA is good (for my use).

I stick with Mieles because I had one before (long time back) and the
HEPA filter was impressive - so I trust them to work.
