20 pound bottles are readily available at any home center (
Home Depot, Lowes, etc) for Bar-B-Q grills.

Industrial refueling locations are available, just not as many.

CNG, OTOH are more site specific such as bus or truck home bases.

Starting to see CNG stations being built as over the road fueling
stations.

I know of one location where a dairy converted it's fleet from diesel
to CNG and then built their refueling station open to the general
public.

So to answer your question YES.
