One of your first projects should be a handwheel, since, for some reason,
Jet does not provide one. And, for some mysterious reason, the thread on
the outboard end of the spindle is a *******: 12TPI x 1.2", LH. You will
not be able to find this, since the standard is 13 TPI. However, if you go
ahead and buy a piece of the available 13 TPI Allthread, you can use it
perfectly well. It will thread into the spindle a few turns, and then bind.
That's good. You want the handwheel to be tight.
