Mmm. Except they aren't spending a lot on cleaning up anything.

Just waiting till its cool enough to encase, then waiting a lot more
till its cool enough to dismantle.

I think the casing goes on this year actually.

Note that the decommissioning will take 100 years in all.

Thats the cheap way. encase, and leave. Eventually just go in with jack
hammers and remove all the rubble.
