No, they do not work.

Dry cells are a non-reversable chemical process

When i was a kid, my Dad had a charger for
dry cells. It put some power back in, but
not much.

BTW, alkaline cells are not dry.




Though alkaline batteries may be moist inside they are considered dry cells.

"Wet" cells have actual liquid inside.


Are rechargeable AA cells wet or dry?
